 This package is great for brides who might be too busy to do much of the planning themselves - as S.Lukas & Company will do most of work for you!

  • Venue walk-through to finalize layout, timeline and rain plan

  • Final Details Meeting

  • Timeline creation, coordination and distribution to vendors

  • Creation of ceremony timeline and process

  • Creation of timeline and wedding details to provide to wedding party and family members

  • Full coordination of set-up and break down

  • Complete access to Aisle Planner - the pro-wedding planner software

  • Attend Rehearsal and direct all parties on where to go and what to do

The Big Day:

Full Wedding Day coverage: Includes 1 lead, on-site planner and 1 assistant on-site to manage day of ceremony and reception logistics

  • Serve as the liaison between couple and vendors on the the wedding day

  • Provide an "emergency kit" for the bride, groom and wedding party

  • Supervise set up of ceremony area

  • Direction of the wedding party throughout the day

  • Assist musicians/band with the timing of ceremony and reception music and other cues

  • Coordination of Events at Reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts etc.)

  • Oversee all vendor commitments and ensure they are fulfilled to your standards: Distribute final payments and gratuities

  • Facilitate set-up and break down of personal décor

  • Collect all gifts and personal items to load into designated family vehicle

  • Access to Aisle Planner for another 30 days post last wedding event
