Design Services

If you're looking for someone to help curate and design your wedding day to make sure it reflects you as a couple - then this package is for you!  

We'll take your color palette, inspiration, Pinterest board, details and dreams and show you how to make them come to life within your budget and with what your venue allows.  We take you through the design process to make sure every detail is thought through and your day looks just as you imagined it would.

 
 

Includes:

  • Design Vendor Recommendations only (florist, rentals - china, silverware, linens, glassware and unique rentals), lighting, custom pieces and lighting, and day of Signage and Stationery (menus, table numbers etc.)

  • One Zoom meeting to discuss budget allocation for design elements and vision with the couple. 

  • Full Design Board with all design elements included (florals and all rental recommendations with estimated pricing and availability).  Links and directions on how to secure items will be included. 

  • Design Feedback meeting to discuss slight adjustments and review the clients wants and needs.  1 meeting and 1 round of edits to design plan included. 

  • One meeting at rental showroom with planner to review design aspects and options. Planner will provide an official quote/rental order based on design items chosen following the appointment. 

  • One meeting with florist and planner to review floral aspects and design.  Planner will take notes and assist with communicating the details of the event to the florist. 

  • Planner will provide assistance in reviewing quotes and booking florals, rentals and any other design elements suggested. 

  • Submission of final design choices and elements to vendors on your behalf. 

  • 1 Zoom meeting to discuss wedding day signage and elements within 90 days of the wedding.  Planner will work with designer on clients behalf to get pieces designed, printed and ordered. 

  • Mock-Up at Wedding Venue (dependent on availability of venue). We will bring your linens, glassware, design elements available and floral to set a table at your wedding venue so you can see the whole look come together.  Cost of floral and any other costs associated with mock-up are NOT included in investment cost.) 

  • Discussion with wedding day planner to ensure execution of design elements will take place.  

    If S.Lukas & Company is not hired as the planner, an additional $1,000 fee for staff member to be onsite and oversee production install is required.
