Event Venue Tour: District Loft Benson
I had the privilege of touring one of the newest event venues in Omaha - the District Loft - located in Benson. It’s bright, airy and an amazing blank canvas for any event. Here is a little tour!
The outside is modern looking with clean lines. It has 2 levels - which can be rented together or separately. Each level has an outdoor event space which would be perfect for any cocktail reception.
The balcony on the second level is perfect for a wedding ceremony and/or sunset cocktail reception. Not to mention - an incredible background for photos with the bright orange wall and modern light fixtures.
Inside, there are sliding doors that allow you to have an indoor/outdoor event space and/or easy access for guests to go inside or stay outside. Even the finishes on the doors are top notch!
The first level has a more urban feel with concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and white walls. However with a row of windows - it’s nice and bright. There is also overhead lighting and track lighting to change how dark or bright you need the lights for your event.
From the first level, you can head up to the second level either by elevator or stairs. The finishes throughout the space are top notch and even in the stairway the light fixtures have pizazz.
At the top of the stairs is the second level which is modern, airy and bright. It has dark wood floors, white walls and a row of windows bringing it to life.
Modern light fixtures show guests the way in the stairwell.
One of my most favorite features is the the white shiplap on the east wall.
And last but not least - the restrooms! They too have awesome light fixtures and classic design. There is a unisex, men’s and women’s restroom located on each floor.
