Partial Planning

If you have most of the larger items figured out and you feel good about handling some of the planning on your own, but now you want to hand things over for us to finish - this package is for you!

 

 

Includes:

  • Unlimited Communication with planner by email 6 months out from your wedding plus 3 1 - hour wedding calls/zoom/meetings with wedding planner to be used for general discussion and questions

  • Access to Aisle Planner Online Dashboard Planning System - wedding planning software and detail tracker that includes checklists, timelines, budget spreadsheets, RSVP management, layout design and so much more. 

  • Vendor Management & Recommendations - We manage all vendors for you as the main point of contact 6 months before your wedding. In addition - if you still need certain vendors for items - we will research and suggest and book these for you (after signing of contract).

  • Venue Walk-Through - We'll walk through your wedding venue with you to make sure we know where everything goes on your wedding day.

  • Timeline and Diagram Distribution to Vendors- we'll send out the timeline and diagram for your wedding to all vendors involved - after we create them for you - 5 weeks, 2 weeks and week of the wedding day so everyone knows all of the information.

  • Detailed Wedding Resume and Timeline for Family Members and Wedding Party -  We will create an overview of every detail of your big day to include timeline of the entire event day. Includes working with your hair and makeup vendors to create a schedule for all those needing hair and makeup.  We will also prepare a timeline for family members and wedding party members so everyone knows where to be and when.

  • 1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination onsite to assure all roles and movement of the Ceremony are as desired

The Big Day:

  • Full use of our Wedding Day Emergency Kit!  You never know what you may need so we have it all! Safety pins, super glue, medicine, etc.

  • Wedding Coverage by Planner on Wedding Day  We will be there on your big day ensuring the day flows smoothly and all of your personal items/gifts are packed up at the end of the event.

  • Assistant Coordinator on Event Day 

  • Gathers detail items for the photographer to shoot

  • Ensures hair and makeup schedule stays on time 

  • Places personal flowers on wedding party and family members

  • Places reserved signs on seats reserved for family members at ceremony 

  • Supervise set up of ceremony area

  • Oversee set up of reception area 

  • Helps bride get into dress

  • Bustles bride's dress

  • Direction of the wedding party throughout the day

  • Assist musicians/band with the timing of ceremony and reception music and other cues

  • Coordination of Events at Reception (introductions, cake cutting, toasts etc.)

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors 

  • Facilitate set-up and break down of personal décor (includes guest book, card box, gifts, cake/dessert table champagne glasses, cake knife, and server, table numbers, welcome sign, escort cards and memory table items.  Any rentals, centerpieces, floral or linens not set-up or broken down by vendors can be done by us but would be an additional charge.)

  • Collect all gifts and personal items to load into designated family vehicle

  • Access to Aisle Planner for another 30 days post last wedding event

Additional Costs for the Wedding Day:

  • Church and reception at 2 different locations - $275

  • Transporting flowers from church to reception - $550

  • Breaking down floral or other decor at reception - $950

  • Placing linens and/or chargers on tables - $975

  • Steaming linens - $25 per linen
